Rescheduling, Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
When you book an appointment with us, you’re reserving a spot in our schedule that’s all yours, baby! ✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost.
No-call, no-shows? Sorry, love, those are a no-go and will incur a 100% charge.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and get in the groove. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session might be a little shorter so we can stay on track for others. (And yep, the full service cost still applies.)
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or cancellation with a fee.
Phones, Kids, & Distractions
We kindly ask that you limit distractions during your visit. Please keep cell phone use to a minimum—while we understand the occasional urgent call (like ensuring the house isn’t on fire), let’s keep it brief so you can get back to unwinding.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all patrons, unaccompanied children cannot be left in the waiting room, in accordance with facility policy.
Clients under 18 years
While the environment is a blend of relaxing and clinical, the treatments are corrective in nature, focusing on addressing specific skin concerns which some young folx may appreciate more than others. Please consider whether this type of experience aligns with your child’s comfort level.
For minors aged 12-15, a parent or guardian must be present during the entire service. For those aged 16-17, a parent or guardian is required to be present during the first visit and the first appointment for any new treatment.
This ensures a smooth and comfortable experience while allowing us to clearly communicate aftercare instructions, product recommendations, and treatment plans.
